I have been licensed since 2003 and assisted buyers and sellers full time for many years.  I began my career in real estate as an assistant and became a licensed buyer’s agent with Keller Williams when embarking upon sales.  Soon after I branched out on my own with a service for fellow Realtors offering assistance during the closing of transactions on a per file basis.  Gary Gentry, one of the very first KW agents in the franchise hired me as his closing coordinator around 2008 and I successfully negotiated over 400 option periods with The Gentry Group. I gathered new negotiating insights and an incredible amount of knowledge in understanding the mechanics major and minor of a home, and how to help buyers understand the inspection report.  In late 2011 I began my solo selling career with Sky Realty and assisted buyers and sellers as a full service real estate agent.  Having worked hundreds of contracts and interacted with many diverse personalities, I am now an incredible resource for my clients.

In 2014 I decided to focus on real estate in a team setting with Rachael Felan at Sky Realty, and I have evolved into her marketing partner.  I launch each and every one of her listings and coordinate certain details with her clients.  From working with Rachael, my business has grown into a boutique service offering real estate marketing for Realtors in markets all over the US.  From print to digital advertising, website creation, maintenance and updating, and social media branding + advertising I assist several Realtors within Sky Realty and other brokerages in Texas.

The Information About Brokerage Services form is about disclosing to anyone who might be entering into a relationship with a Realtor what a Realtor’s & Broker’s responsibilities to YOU are.  They are specific and fiduciary.  A Realtor should represent any party as outlined in the Information About Brokerage form.  Buyers, Sellers, Tenants, and Landlords alike are detailed in this form.  Also, if you are a buyer working with a Realtor, but you have not signed a buyer representation agreement, that is called a sub agent.  Check out the form to see what that means to you and your representation.
