The majority of Avery Ranch is built out as of early 2013, but there is a new pocket community ~ Avery Ranch Northwoods ~ which is located off Lakeline Blvd. This is just off the 183A Toll & Avery Ranch Blvd. A new apartment complex is under construction as of February 2013 and leasing options are available. There are also new homesites coming available from Grand Haven Homes, Standard Pacific, and Drees. The pricing on these home starts are advertised to begin in the low $300’s for new construction.
