Located in Round Rock, Texas, Sonoma is a beautiful and lushly landscaped neighborhood east of interstate 35, and off A.W. Grimes and Gattis School Road. Straddling Forest Creek Drive, the neighborhood has two main entrance points at Forest Creek Dr & Red Bud Lane, & at Gattis School Road and Rusk Road. SH45 & SH 130 offer easy and direct access into Austin and other local areas of interest.

Homes in Sonoma range vary greatly in size and are as large as about 5000 sq ft. Most homes offer an average of about 3500 sq ft. One draw to the community is that it’s one area where buyers can find 3 car garages which are highly desired but not often found inside of Austin in affordable price points. Some homes were built early as 2001, and others can be relatively new construction. The community offers two pools plus playscape.
